We know that donations are sensitive topics. Therefore we have collected the most frequently asked questions and answers for you here.

  • The point about Bigger Picture is doing good and talking about it. Therefore we built this platform to connect with like-minded photographers, who want to do more with their pictures other than them lying around on some servers.

  • We of course would be very happy if you support our project from the beginning also with monetary means. But for now, every photographer who wants to take part can do so for free. Only when we reach a critical mass and enough exposure for us to justify the need for extra monetary input from our members we will start collecting fees. Why? Because to make an impact we need to grow and in order to grow we need to advertise.

  • There are two reasons for you to participate. One: Doing good with your work. Two: Get exposure through a good topic. This means, that we talk about our members on our platforms and present them to a broad audience. It's a pleasant side-effect of doing good, as people love to listen.

  • There are two options available for making a donation:


    1. You donate. Meaning it’s your income and your donation. You just report to us what you did with the money.

    2. We donate. We sell your prints and donate the net proceeds to organizations of our choice.

  • Yes, you can. Find a suitable cause you want to support by providing them with professional pictures or videos. Tell us about that and we’ll let others know.

  • Talk about it as much as you can! Oh, and we’ll provide you with our logo patch which you can add to your website and/or any other advertisement material. Through our Social Media Campaigns, we will tag each other regularly.

  • We do that for you. You license them to us, we produce and sell them. No cost for you involved. Net proceedings will be donated.
